Bugsink, managed for you
Sign up for Bugsink and you get a ready-to-use error tracker, run by the people who build Bugsink. We take responsibility for the production service behind it; your team uses Bugsink to find and fix errors.
What managed means
Set up and run by us
Choose your name.bugsink.com address and create a project. We provision the
service, configure its TLS certificate, and set up outgoing email so user
invitations and alerts work from the start. You do not need to
provision a server, database, or SMTP service.
The product and the production service are both our responsibility. The people who build Bugsink also run it and deal with the infrastructure behind it.
Monitored, maintained, and kept up to date
We monitor server load, memory, disk usage, response times, ingestion, worker queues, and HTTP errors. This covers both the infrastructure and Bugsink itself, so we can see when the service needs attention.
We deploy new Bugsink versions and operating-system security updates. Your team does not need to schedule or carry out each upgrade.
Backed up automatically
Your Bugsink database and stored error files are backed up automatically to object storage. We take care of the backup process as well as the storage used by the running service.
Secure and separate
Your name.bugsink.com address is your own Bugsink environment, rather than
a project inside a shared Bugsink account. It has its own users, teams, projects,
alert settings, and error data. Each customer also gets a separate database
and file-storage area, keeping events, issues, settings, and uploaded files
apart at the storage layer.
Connections use TLS, access to production is restricted, and we keep security and incident logs.
Choose your event volume
Plans are based on the number of events you send each month. You choose the volume you need instead of choosing server sizes or designing a production setup. Bugsink itself is designed for high event volumes; we take care of the service capacity.
The Free plan is for one user and one team. Paid plans are for shared use: they include unlimited users and teams as well as higher event volumes.
| Events/month | Users & teams | Price/month |
|---|---|---|
| 15K | 1 user, 1 team | Free |
| 75K | Unlimited | $16 |
| 600K | Unlimited | $50 |
| 3M | Unlimited | $158 |
| 15M | Unlimited | $568 |
| 50M | Unlimited | $1,288 |
Our plans run up to 50M events per month, and we can support higher volumes on request. Each plan has a fixed monthly price, so you know the cost in advance. See the complete set of options under Pricing.
Hosted in the European Union
The service is supplied by Bugsink B.V. in the Netherlands and hosted on European infrastructure. The company building the product is also the company responsible for running it.
We store and process all hosted personal data in the EU and use EU-based subprocessors for application data.
Our DPA records these commitments, names the current subprocessors, and sets a 60-day retention period for raw event data. It also describes access controls, TLS, security updates, and security logging.
Bugsink primer
Bugsink is a focused error tracker for understanding failures in production.
Bugsink groups errors into issues and gives you stacktraces, local variables, request data, alerts, and the surrounding context needed to understand what broke. The Error Tracking page covers these and many other features in detail.
Your applications connect through the established Sentry SDKs. For a new application, copy the Bugsink DSN into the SDK for your language or framework. If you already use Sentry, switching can be just a DSN change; historical events stay where they are.
We’ll run Bugsink for you: use Bugsink free for up to 15K events per month, or try a paid plan free for 28 days.
